In May, the customer's project requirements are further clarified. They expressed strong interest in our 50mm 3D ball light strings and pixel tube lights, seeking comprehensive technical details.

As the project progressed, from June to August, we established a direct technical communication channel with their engineering team.

Their engineers demonstrated remarkable professionalism:

• Every product's technical questions will be confirmed through detailed emails or online chat. Such as limitations of DMX signals or power cables
• Specifications for voltage, connection methods, control protocols, and DMX address setting were discussed in detail.
• For every lighting wiring discussion, customers shared their precise installation schematics and usage scenarios.

In response, our technical and production departments worked swiftly:

• We provided not only standard documentation but also conducted a series of customized product tests tailored to their project needs.
• Test results, real-time images, and sample videos were sent immediately after each test.

For example:

• Designed custom cable connectors to meet different installation requirements.
• Used at least 300 meters of signal cable to test the stability of signal transmission.
• The pixel tubes were tested over long distances of power transmission to check for voltage drop issues and maintenance of color uniformity.

Each test result was meticulously reviewed by their engineers, who gave further adjustments and even provided customized technical drawings based on our product designs.

As soon as the order was placed in September, we immediately started preparations for production. To meet the high standards of this Christmas project, Ledcolourlight implemented several enhancements:

1. Material Selection and Incoming Inspection

• We selected high-transparency PC material, UV-resistant and aging-proof, ensuring the ball lights remain a good condition even after prolonged outdoor use.
• High-brightness, low-decay LED chips were used, and each batch underwent rigorous brightness and color consistency testing.
• All cables and connectors were made weather-resistant and low-temperature-proof, passing salt spray tests to ensure they withstand the UK's winter climate.

2. Strict Production Control

• Three mid-process inspections were set up to ensure product waterproof sealing, consistent lighting effects, and flawless appearance.
• Random inspections were carried out after each assembly phase, ensuring a 100% pass rate before proceeding to the next stage.
• All finished products underwent 24-hour continuous aging tests.

3. Final Product Testing

• Every finished light went through waterproof testing to meet IP65/IP67 standards.
• 72-hour lighting endurance tests ensured no dead pixels, no color deviations, and no dark areas.

In addition, we tested each system before shipment to ensure that the 300mm ball, 3D ball string, and pixel tube operated seamlessly under a unified control system, achieving perfect synchronization and no delay.

Thanks to tight coordination and rigorous quality assurance, production was successfully completed in early September. After a final round of full product testing and careful packaging inspections, the goods were shipped on schedule by the end of the month.
