On April 19, we met with our Mexican customers as scheduled. Before coming to the factory, the customer had already placed two orders, totaling 12,000PCS LED 3D BALL STRING LIGHTS and 20,000PCS WS2812B PIXEL LIGHT STRINGS, worth more than $45,000. This time he mainly aims to open up new markets - outdoor lighting fixtures, flexible LED neon lights, DMX LED pixel lights, light strips, and other markets.

Around 10:30, the customer arrived at the company. The boss and the engineer came out to greet the customer and they expressed a warm welcome to customer. Afterward, engineers and other team members watched the real objects of normal light strips, neon lights, and COB light strips with customer in the production workshop. Venus introduced more details of light strips, neon lights, etc. to the customer. The customer had an intense discussion with the team. 

After more than an hour of explanation and demonstration, everyone gained a lot. After returning to Mexico, the customer decided to buy some neon lights and point light sources as samples for testing.

In the end, Mexico's customer visit to the factory had a successful ending. After the customer admired the case of our products, such as the LED 3D ball light, DMX LED Tube Light, and DMX meteor Tube displayed in the company corridor, the business department took a group photo with the customer. The customer sat on the return car with satisfaction.
