RGBW Panel Lights for Australian Customer

- Customized Size, New Waterproof Technology

On March 19, we received an urgent inquiry from an Australian customer for LED Pixel Panel Lights. In the next few days, we had detailed communication with the customer, quoted the price, and quickly finalized the order.

We design a new size LED panel light, 450*135mm for our customer, which is a size that has never been done before. SPI protocol, individual pixel control, signal input and output cables were also customized according to customer requirements. RGBW luminous color, combined with an LED controller, can run text, animation, and other effects.

The black bare board is completely filled with glue. Not only is this a new design for us, but even customers say they have tried it before and failed. Filling the bare board directly with glue was also a challenge for us because it was extremely time-consuming and we had to control the flatness of the panel after pouring glue, but we agreed to the customer's request without hesitation.
After confirming the product details, product design drawings, and quotations with the customer, the customer paid us immediately. We are very grateful to our customers for their trust and support.

Due to customers are eager to get their hands on the product sooner. If this order is arranged according to the normal production scheduling process, time will not be enough. For this reason, the customer proposed to pay the expedited fee and hoped that we would complete it expeditiously. Since our customers trust us so much, we will not let them down. In all production steps, we provide customers with a green channel, so that the production of this product can be completed smoothly on the date expected by the customer while ensuring high product quality. Ultimately, we completed the order efficiently and shipped it on time.

The customer event started smoothly as scheduled. These RGBW LED panel lights are designed to flip dynamically, and our customized LED panel lights use new glue-filling technology to add a sense of luxury.
