This production batch has now been completed and is currently in the final shipment preparation stage. The products were manufactured according to specific project requirements and include two diameter options: 100mm and 150mm. ► Production Process Overview
The manufacturing of this batch was carried out on our standard production lines, following established internal procedures. The production process included LED mounting, internal wiring, tube assembly, end-cap installation, and final system integration. Each stage was closely monitored to maintain consistency across all units while meeting the technical specifications required for professional lighting projects.
Each tube is built with high-density rgbw led technology, featuring 192 LEDs per meter. The light source combines RGB colors with white light(3000K), allowing more flexible color mixing and improved visual balance compared to standard RGB solutions. The pixel configuration is set at 6 LEDs per pixel, enabling smooth transitions and stable pixel-level control when connected to a DMX control system.

Once production and testing were completed, the products entered the packaging stage. Each tube is packed using standard carton packaging, and both end caps of each RGBW LED light tube are wrapped with PE protective film to ensure proper protection during transportation.
To further enhance protection, external wooden frames are installed around the cartons. This additional layer of protection helps prevent damage caused by compression, vibration, or impact, particularly during long-distance and international shipping. The packaging method is designed to ensure that the DMX RGBW LED light tubes arrive at the site in good condition.
