Custom 100mm DMX LED Pixel Lights

In October 2023 we started a busy few weeks after the National Day, producing around 2500 pixels for our UK customer project.

Because these DMX LED PIXEL LIGHTS will flow on the water with the foam for the light show, we filled the interior pixels with glue to stop the water from getting in. Relevant personnel will conduct quality control at every step to ensure that the products are used well in the project. And test the lighting effect after welding wires, filling the glue, assembling the top cover, etc. Of course, it is necessary to conduct a 48~72 hour aging test on the finished product before packaging.

Each string of DMX RGB PIXELS is packed in a standard export carton. Check and clean the appearance and place them neatly one by one. Put the corresponding foam into each carton for better inspection by customers. On October 19, 91 boxes of 100mm DMX LED PIXEL STRINGS were delivered to customers smoothly and safely on time.
